Russell James Cole, age 61 of Kerrville, passed away Tuesday, April 11, 2006 at his residence. He was born July 18, 1944 in Houston to Russell James and Adele McKelvey Cole. On July 18, 1988, he married Clydie McRae in Waco, TX.

Russell served in the United States Army from 1963-1965. He was a musician and member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

Survivors include wife, Clydie Cole of Kerrville; mother, Adele Cole of Kerrville; daughters, Margaret Ann Hogan of Houston and Melissa Radkiewicz of Kerrville; sons, Matthew York of Kerrville and Stephen York of Oceanside, CA; grandchildren, Sarah Hard, Justin Radkiewicz, Stephanie York, Amanda Radkiewicz, Kayla York, Michael Hogan and Nicole Hogan.

A memorial service will be held Friday, April 14, 2006, 2 p.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints officiated by Bishop Stephen L. Johnson.
