Ruby Marie Jenschke, age 85, of Bandera,
died Tuesday April 4, 2006 in a Kerrville care center. She was born on
December 7, 1920 in Tarpley to Willie and Clara Vollering Sprott.
After finishing school she married Erwin John Jenschke in Kerrville on
June 5, 1940. He preceded her in death.
She was a long time member of St
Stanislaus Catholic Church and a homemaker.
Survivors include her daughter, Mary Itz & husband James of Kerrville,
2 sons, John Jenschke of Kerrville, and William Jenschke & wife Denise
of Bandera, sister, Edna Turner of Llano, grandchildren, Michelle
Lloyd & husband Brad, Christy Rakowitz & husband Randall, Karrie
Thompson & husband Dewayne, Anne Jenschke, & Cody Kelly, and great
grandchildren, Ashley Land, and Morgan Lloyd.
In addition to her parents & husband,
she was preceded in death by sister Alice Jenschke
A Rosary is scheduled for Friday, April 7, at 7:30 p.m., Grimes Chapel
in Bandera with the Service scheduled on Saturday, 10 a.m. at St
Stanislaus Catholic Church with Father Stan Oleksy officiating.
Interment will follow in the Old Catholic Cemetery. |
