Wilma Sue Parish, age 72, a resident of Kerrville for 5 years, passed away Sunday, April 2, 2006 in a Kerrville hospital. She was a prior resident of Pampa for 53 years.

Mrs. Parish was born June 17, 1933 in Dalhart, TX to Roy and Estella (Walters) Stephens. On September 2, 1947, she married Gerald Parish in New Mexico. He preceded her death July 30, 2001.

She was a member of Western Hills Baptist Church in Kerrville and the Ladies Sewing Circle in Kerrville. In Pampa, she was very active at Central Baptist Church.

Survivors include daughters, Donna Swift of Kerrville, Connie Samples of Plano and Elise Lee of Holland, MI; brother, Roy Stephens of Dalhart; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Services will be held Tuesday, April 4, 2006, 2 p.m. at Western Hills Baptist Church officiated by Rev. James Morrow.

Graveside services will be Friday, April 7, 2006, 10 a.m. at Memory Gardens in Pampa officiated by Rev. Rick Parnell.
