Mary Miriam Rogers, age 87 of Kerrville,
passed away Friday, April 21, 2006 in a local nursing home. She was
born February 24, 1919 in Celeste, TX to Elford and Claudia (Gatlin)
Cozby. Mary worked for AIG
insurance company until her retirement in her 60's and was a member of
a quilting group.
She is survived by daughter, Melba
Wozny and husband, Tony of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada; son, Jerry
Rogers and wife, Mary Louise of Kerrville; sister, Mrs. Lee Weaks of
Stamford, TX; brother, Baxter Cozby of Princeton, TX and
granddaughter, Miss Kristin Rogers of Austin.
She was preceded in death by her
husband, Earnest A. Rogers in 1996 and
by her sister, Mrs. Melba Sandefur in 2006.
Graveside services will be held
Monday, April 24, 2006, 2 p.m. at Garden of Memories Cemetery
officiated by Dr. Warren Hornung.

made to Peterson Hospice, 1121 Broadway, Kerrville, TX 78028. |
