Emma Rose, age 92, passed away Tuesday,
April 4, 2006 in a Kerrville care center. She was resident of Ingram
for 60 years.
Emma was born July 18, 1913 in Kerr
County to Augusta and Minnie Lohman. On August 24, 1932, she married
Amos Rose in Hunt. He preceded her death in October of 1972.
She was a homemaker and a retired
cook at the Kerrville State Hospital. She was a member of Kerrville
Church of Christ.
She is survived by a daughter,
Mildred Lynch Kendrick of Ingram; grandchildren, Ray Lynch and David
Lynch, both of Ingram; great grandchildren. Jamie Lynch, Michael
Lynch, Jason Lynch, John Lynch, and Robin Clay Lynch and one great
great grandchild, Grayson Lynch. She is also survived by a sister in
law, Elfreda Rose of Hunt and several nieces and nephews.
Along with her husband, she was
preceded in death by grandson, Michael Lynch and a great great
grandson, Zachery Clay Lynch.
Services will be held Friday, April
7, 2006, 10 a.m. at Grimes Funeral Chapels officiated by Rev. Frankie
Enloe. Interment will follow at Nichols Cemetery.
