Donna Louise Stepherson, age 65 of Kerrville, passed away April 11, 2006 at her residence. She was born September 7, 1940 to William and Jeanette (Bittner) Sites in Harrisburg, PA.

Donna worked with Dr. Ted Boyce as a medical receptionist and soon after went to work for Dr. William Morris, Jr. for 25 years, retiring two years ago. Donna was active with the Humane Society and had a passion for her pets. Donna leaves behind many special friends that will miss her friendly personality.

She is survived by daughters and sons in law, Pam and Mike Ficker of Ingram, Radona and Tim Taylor of Ingram and Tamra and Marc Sherron of Kerrville; sister, Barbara Meek and husband, James of Springdale, AR; brother John Ruehle and wife, Lu Ann of Lake Oswego, OR; grandchildren, Tara Torres and husband, Jack of Kerrville, Tiffany Liesman of San Antonio, Danielle Curtis of Kerrville, Tyler Baxter of Kerrville, Rachelle Curtis of Kerrville, Sara Taylor of Kerrville and Macrae Sherron of Kerrville; great grandchildren, Savannah Torres and Reannah Torres of Kerrville. She is also survived by her longtime companion, Joe Stepherson.

A memorial service will be held Thursday, April 13, 2006, 4 p.m. at Grimes Funeral Chapels officiated by Pastor Jimmy Allen.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Humane Society.
