Graveside services for Jackie Lee Alston, age 84, of Kerrville, who passed away July 27, 2023 in Kerrville, will be held at 9:45 AM, Tuesday, August 15, 2023 at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery, officiated by Rev. John Wheat.

Visitation will be held 5-7 PM, Monday, August 14, 2023 at Grimes Funeral Chapels.

I had the pleasure of working with Jackie and Phyllis while they were residents at our facility. Jackie will be greatly missed. I will definitely miss the "good morning" and "how are you baby" that I would get nearly every morning. What an honor to know him.
