John L. Moses, Johnny Lynn Moses, was born on February 22,1950 in Groves, Texas. He graduated from Jacksonville Baptist College and Lamar University. He owned a Construction Company, worked in Retail and Ministry most of his life.

He went to his heavenly home on July 25, 2023 at 11:17am.

John left his two children, Lela Levelle Moses and Joshua Luke Moses; his grandchildren, Gavin, Owen and Grayson, his sister and her family, Glenda Moses Hutto; and many other aunts, uncles, cousins and other family members. He also left many friends including his best friends, Deidre and Marion Redmon.

John loved the Lord and spent most of his life working and volunteering in Church. He loved helping people.

He will forever be remembered and deeply missed.

There will be a celebration of life in Kerrville, Texas, where he has lived for the last 6 years in the Tiny House that he built. He was also an excellent gardener and ''Succulent'' Master. We are waiting on the church to confirm the dates/times and will provide that information as soon as it is available.

Lela, I’m so glad I really got to know your Daddy over the last 6 years. He was 13 years older than me, so we never really got to know each other as cousins! We were going to meet this fall. We lived relatively close together

We had so much in common. I know one thing, he dearly loved his Lela Girl! He had such a spark when he talked about you!🥰❤️😘

Your grandmother Levelle was my daddy’s sister. Everyone new him as uncle Billy. He was the youngest of the 3. I know they are all having the best reunion in heaven. I know you miss him greatly and just know you are in my prayers and thoughts!🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🥰🥰🥰
