Belinda Winskey, 66, of Center Point, passed away on June 1, 2025 in Comfort Tx. She was born in Kerrville, TX on September 20, 1958 to Gordon and Claudia Winskey.
Belinda was preceded in death by her parents, Gordon and Claudia Winskey; grandparents, Lofton and Reba Nell Bowers; sister, Carletta Bishop; and brother, Gregory Winskey.
Survivors included are her sons, Roger Pape Jr, Zachary (Sonia) Pape; sisters, Elaine Atnip, Ylanda (James) Copeland; brother, Lofton (Mary Ann) Winskey; grandchildren, Lillie (Gene) Brown, Hunter Pape, Carter Pape, Macie Pape, and three great grandchildren.
Belinda was a very independent single mom. She was very devoted to her boys and her work. She was always willing to help anybody out. She enjoyed the nightlife, riding her motorcycle, bartending, fishing and spoiling her grandchildren. She was passionate about cooking, which led her to own her own restaurant, where she made some amazing dessert.
Celebration of life will be held for family and friends at a later date.
The family wishes to extend our sincere thanks to Comfort Nursing Home and AIP Hospice for assisting in her final care.

Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Grimes Funeral Chapels of Kerrville.
