Our Deepest Heartfelt Condolences to all the family. We are so sorry for your loss. All of Leo’s co-workers at the Kerrville State Hospital are very saddened by this tragedy. Leo was an amazing person. He was a very hard worker and very respected by his peers Leo always had a smile on his face and will be dearly missed. May he Rest in Peace. God Bless you all.
