Debra was born in Houston, Texas. She moved to Kerrville, Texas in 2014 to be close to family. She passed away peacefully at home in Kerrville, Texas, surrounded by her loving family.
She was preceded in death by her late husband, Ray Morgan; her parents, Robert and Carol Todd; and her older sister, Brenda Hughes.
She leaves behind her younger sister, Karen Brown; her children, Jeremy Oliver, Keith Mcafee and daughter-in-law Alyssa, and Amanda Morgan and Erik VonMinden. She also leaves behind her grandchildren, Heaven Keith, Jaiden Ware, Charles VonMinden, Emily Ware and Hannah VonMinden, along with numerous nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
She was loved greatly on this earth and will be missed greatly while away, waiting on her family to join her.
A private family celebration of life will be held in her honor.

I met the Morgan family when I was a kid. Amanda and I spent many days playing and spending time at each other's home. Though the years have past I still remember this childhood memory and how safe I felt in their home. Sending love to the Morgan family & my childhood friend Amanda 🧡
