Jimmie Bert Grams, 82, passed away at home in Kerrville, Texas on Thursday morning, March 5th, 2026.
As he peacefully passed into the hands of our loving God, he was surrounded and embraced by his wife, Linda, daughters Deidra Vingers and Nicole Havel, stepson David Kehr, and granddaughter Samantha Vingers.
Pastor Susan Montoya was with Jim and his family a short time before his passing, offering prayers and comforting words for all. The family also appreciates her providing communion several days prior to his death.
A private funeral service will be held at the historic St. Paul Evangelical Reformed Church near Marlin, Texas, where many relatives and ancestors await Jim's arrival.
The family extends their sincere thanks to Dr. Anil Singh of Texas Oncology and Dr. Murthy Gedala in San Antonio for their personal care and concern for Jim during his illness.
