Forrest Edwin Coleman was born December 7, 1930, in Temple, TX, to James H. Coleman and Ethel Frederica (Swanzy) Coleman. He was the youngest of four children.

In 1984, he married Theresa (Terry Bell) after dating for four years. When Forrest retired in 1994, he and Terry traveled and cruised with dear friends. Terry passed away in 2021.
Forrest was preceded in death by his parents. Also, his siblings: James Coleman, Ruth Miller and Stan Coleman.
Although Forrest never had any children of his own, he enjoyed a close and loving relationship with his brother, Stan’s three children: Jann Fenton of Houston, AK, Karen Griffin Arndt of Wasilla, AK and Stephen Coleman of Stillwell, KS.
Forrest expressed his belief in the saving grace of knowing his Savior, Jesus Christ.
