Services for Betty Jane Blackwell, 89, of Kerrville, who passed away Saturday, January 10, 2026, in Kerrville, will be held at 10 AM, Friday, January 23, 2026, at Western Hills Baptist Church, officiated by Rev. Frank Pullin. Burial will follow at Garden of Memories Cemetery.

Visitation will be 4-6 PM, Thursday, January 22, 2026, at Grimes Funeral Chapels.
