Sherry Elaine James, age 64 of Kerrville, passed away Saturday, October 18, 2014 at her residence. She was born December 17, 1949 in Snyder, TX to L.D. Sellars and Sylvia Way.\r\n \r\nShe was a member of Calvary Temple Church in Gatesville, TX and was a youth pastor for 17 years.\r\n \r\nShe was preceded in death by her husband, Donald James; sister, Judy Bishop and grandson, Rodney McGehee.\r\n \r\nSurvivors include mother, Sylvia Spiva; daughters, Tandy Davis (Shonna), Tisha Castillo (Jacob), Jeana Brown (Larry), and Leann Bostick (Victor); sons, J.R. McGehee (Tammy) and Dave Davis; sisters, Lorraine Wooley, Debra Wooley and Marsha Wooley-Fields; brothers, Carl Spiva and Mike Fabizio; 19 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.\r\n \r\nMemorial services will be held Saturday, October 25, 2014, 11 AM at Calvary Temple Church in Kerrville, officiated by Pastor Del Way and Brother James Boling.
