James M Heidelberg, 77, of Lakehills, passed away peacefully on January 12, 2015. He was born in Bay Springs, MS to Samuel and Floy Heidelberg on November 18, 1937. He married Esther Ruth Reynolds on January 31, 1957 in Harris County.\r\n\r\nHe worked in construction at J.M. Heidelberg Co. and was co-owner of Dusti's Supermarket and Hardware. He enjoyed traveling, hunting, fishing, camping and playing his guitar.\r\n\r\nJim was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Alfred Heidelberg; daughter; Debbie Joyce Heidelberg.\r\n\r\nHe is survived by his wife, Esther Ruth Heidelberg, sons; Duane Heidelberg and wife Susan; Ricky Heidelberg and wife, Robin, Derek Maxey and wife Kristen; daughter, Vicki Maxey (skipper); brothers,Richard (bud) Heidelberg and Micheal Heidelberg; sisters, Janie Brymer and Omega Sullivan; grandchildren, Marie Smith, Dusti Maxey, Crystal Maxey, Caleb Heidelberg, Joshua Heidelberg, Jessie Flores, Hannah Heidelberg, Andrew Heidelberg, Autum Heidelberg and Matthew Heidelberg; Great Grandchildren, Slade, Gage, Jayden, Apple, Shawn, Brodie, Madison, Liam, Jaxton and Luke; nephew, Roy Dale West. \r\n\r\nA Celebration of Life will be held 2:00 PM, Saturday, January 24, 2015 at Lakehills United Methodist Church with the Rev.
