Gwenita Angelica Brantley, age 73 of Mountain Home, passed away Monday, February 9, 2015 at her residence. She was born April 5, 1941 in Beaumont to J.L. and Christine (Fontenot) Bagarry. On April 16, 1960, she married Robert L. Buster Brantley Sr. He preceded her in death on July 29, 2009.\r\n \r\nGwenita was a member of Notre Dame Catholic Church and had worked as a nursing assistant at Sid Peterson Memorial Hospital and Christus Santa Rosa.\r\n \r\nShe enjoyed hunting and fishing and loved her deer. She was big into horseback riding and loved her family.\r\n \r\nSurvivors include sons, Robert Brantley Jr. and wife, Lisa of Kerrville, Cass Brantley and wife, Lisa of Nederland and Thomas Brantley and wife, Jackie of Searcy, Arkansas; sister, Joella Bagarry Harvey of Nederland; grandchildren, Joseph, Cade, Jace, Ashton, Shae, Crystal, Robert Trey Brantley, and Thomas Jr. \r\n \r\nGraveside services will be held Friday, February 13, 2015, 2 PM at Sunset Cemetery in Mountain Home.\r\n\r\n[contact-form-7 id="73" title="Send Condolences"]
