Jacqueline Polk, age 79, of Ingram, passed away on Sunday, January 31, 2016. She was born on May 12, 1936 in Mountain Home, TX, to Robert and Millie Cobb. She married Joel Switzer in 1956,until his accidental death in 1970, leaving her to raise three sons as a single parent. In 1979, she married Clifford Polk until his death in 1996. \r\n \r\nMost of her career was spent working for Sears, Roebuck and CO., retiring after 35+ years. \r\n \r\nShe is survived by son, Michael Switzer and his children, Bryce and Amanda; son, Scott Switzer, his wife, Jane and their daughter, Jordan. She is also survived by her long time companion, Ray Lee, and nine great grandchildren.\r\n \r\nServices will be held Friday, February 5, 2016, 1 PM at Grimes Funeral Chapels officiated by Pastor/Teacher Chris McKnight. Interment will follow at Garden of Memories Cemetery.\r\n
