Lucille Edwards Wernette, 88, of Boerne, passed away on February 2, 2017 in San Antonio. She was born in Bandera County to Joel and Pearl Edwards on June 20, 1928.\r\n\r\nLucille is survived by her daughters, Gail Hortick and Glenda Harris; son, Gene Wernette and his wife, Paula; grandchildren, Robert W. Harris and his wife, Chris, L. Brooke Ingle and husband, Eric Dixon, Jessica Prince and husband, Stephen, Mark Wernette, James Hortick and Shelly Wernette; great grandchild, Kyler Jackson Prince.\r\n\r\nA visitation will be 10:00 AM, Tuesday, February 7, 2017 at Grimes Funeral Chapels in Bandera.\r\n\r\nFuneral services will be held 11:00 AM, Tuesday, February 7, 2017 at Grimes Funeral Chapels in Bandera. Burial will follow at Pipe Creek Cemetery.\r\n\r\nPallbearers will be Brooke Ingle, James Hortick, Jessica Prince, Mark Wernette, Robert Harris and Christopher Wertz.\r\n\r\n
