Carol Parks Williams, 65, of Kerrville, passed away on August 23, 2017. She was born in Dover, DE to Sarah and Theodore Parks on June 26, 1952. \r\n\r\nShe was owner and optician at the Optical Shop. She was married to Jeff Williams. \r\n\r\nCarol is survived by two sons, Scotty Williams and Justin Price; siblings, Sue Rosier, Liz Chapman, Debbie Parks, Mary Costa, Florence Pinder, Robin Gillespie and Madeline Hubbard. \r\n\r\nServices will be held privately.
