Peggy McClain Robinson, age 76 of Kerrville, passed away Thursday, November 30, 2017 at her residence. She was born May 6, 1941 in Beaumont, Texas to Anuel L. and Lois Lee (Rector) McClain.\r\n \r\nPeggy was a college professor who loved to backpack. She was a member of the Sierra Club, the Wilderness Society, Friends of the Earth, and was an active member of the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Kerrville.\r\n \r\nSurvivors include husband, Charles of Kerrville; sister, Nancy Lee McClain of Port Arthur; and brother, David Hugh McClain of Vidor.\r\n \r\nVisitation will be held from 5-7 PM, Tuesday, December 5, 2017 at Grimes Funeral Chapels.\r\n \r\nGraveside services will be held at 10 AM, Wednesday, December 6, 2017 at Garden of Memories Cemetery.\r\n
