Burial for Franklyn Eugene Butts, age 92 of Kerrville, who passed away Tuesday, May 15, 2018 at his residence will be held privately at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery. Arrangements are entrusted to Grimes Funeral Chapels of Kerrville.
