Joyce P. McFarland, 99, of Wimberley, Texas passed away on May 3, 2019 in Kerrville, Texas. She was born in Garland, Texas on July 18, 1919 to Bevie and Robert Perkins. She was the middle child of three siblings.\r\n\r\nShe married Norman Ray McFarland on October 5, 1940 in Houston, Texas. They were married 39 years. She was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) and had many friends in the Wimberley, Texas area.\r\n\r\nJoyce P. McFarland is survived by her three sons, Craig, Scott, and Bruce, eight grandchildren, and eleven great-grandchildren.\r\n\r\nRemembrance services will be held 2 PM Wednesday, May 8, 2019 at the burial site, Bandera Cemetery in Bandera, Texas. Pastor Martin Smith, of the Bandera, Texas Church of Christ, will be officiating. \r\n
