Stuart Robert Palmer, age 76, died Wednesday, May 8, 2019, at his home in Kerrville, Texas. He was born August 23, 1942, in Wormleysburg, Pennsylvania, to Robert and Wilma Palmer.\r\n\r\nHe grew up in Houston, Texas, and as a young man moved to Lawrence, Kansas, where he met Mary Perry. They married on July 23, 1961. In 1963 with baby Scott they moved back to Houston, Texas, where daughter, Laura, was born in 1964.\r\n\r\nStuart was a plumber in Houston for many years.\r\n\r\nAfter retiring in 2001, Stuart and Mary moved to Kerrville, Texas, to be near their aging parents.\r\n\r\nStuart will be greatly missed by Mary; brothers Steve Palmer (Bonnie) and Marc Palmer; son Scott Palmer (Samantha); daughter Laura Palmer; grandchildren Joshua Palmer, Sarah Semple and Allison Palmer Coppinger and 3 great-grandchildren.\r\n\r\nA celebration of Stuarts life will be held at a later date.\r\n\r\n\r\n
