Graveside Services for Emma Louise Bailard, age 89, of Kerrville, who passed away Friday, February 21, 2020 in a local care center will be held at 1pm Monday, February 24, 2020 at Garden of Memories Cemetery.\r\n\r\nFuneral arrangements are entrusted to Grimes Funeral Chapels of Kerrville. \r\n
