"My sympathy and condolences to you all. And I thought the service was today, Friday. When I checked for the time last night discovered that it was Thursday and I had already missed it.

I was in school with Herman and still have enjoyable visits when I see him or interact through HCTC. He certainly helped me navigate the digital divide more than once. It has been years but next time I see him I will pay my respects and offer my condolences in person.

"I met Shirley back in mid 80's thru Rhonda McGinnis. At the time I was keeping school teachers children in our home. I had the pleasure of keeping little Sarah when Shirley went back to work. I also enjoyed visiting with her thru the years when later our paths would cross at the high school.
