Joyce Ann Worrell (Clark), 81, of Kerrville, passed away on February 16, 2022 in Kerrville. Joyce was born in Dagsboro, Delaware to William and Viola Clark on March 25, 1940. She married Lawrence Worrell on August 29, 1959.
Joyce graduated Haverford Township High School June 1958. Joyce made her career in management while raising her young family in Pennsylvania. Larry and Joyce moved to Texas in 1978 where she was a bank loan officer and eventually settled on her true love, being a travel agent and traveling the world. After their children were grown, Joyce and Larry fostered special needs foster children for 10+ years, spreading the love their family had known all their lives to many others.
Joyce is survived by her sisters, Ella McMenamin, Norma Malherin, and Karen Kennedy; her children, Sandra Vacho, Kim Rotge, Deborah Worrell and Sarah Worrell; her foster child Michelle Swanson, as well as 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Memorials can be given to St. Judes Childrens Hospital or a charity of your choice.
A Memorial Service will be held on March 25, 2022 to celebrate her life at her home.
