"Papa, I am greatful for the time I got to spend with you. You always had great advice, especially when it was needed most. You and Granny took me in and loved me as one of your own and for that I will be forever thankful. I still have and treasure every gift you and Granny have ever given me and will continue to do so. I loved you dearly. Granny, I love you and I'm so sorry you are having to go through this. You are one of the strongest women I know so I know you are going to be okay.
