Maxine Joyce Harkins, 89, of Kerrville, passed away Wednesday, April 12, 2023 at Hilltop Village Nursing Home in Kerrville. She was born November 12, 1933 in Matagorda, Texas. She married John Wayne Harkins on August 27, 1971, in Conroe, Texas.
Maxine went to school in Bay City, Texas.
She was preceded in death by husband, Wayne Harkins; son, Robert Insall Jr; ten sisters; and one brother.
She is survived by children, Susan Fay Eudaley and Frank S. Insall; grandchildren, Michael Cade Insall (Ainsley), Brandt Tyler Insall (Roxanne), Scott Phillip Insall (Angela), Ethan Henry Eudaley (Eliza) and Justin Insall.
Graveside services will be held at 9:30 AM, Thursday, April 20, 2023 at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery.
