Sandra Jean Lackey, 49, of Kerrville, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Thursday, November 16, 2023, while under hospice care at Waterside Nursing Home. She was born on March 26, 1974, in Fort Worth, Texas, to Willie J. Harper III and Barbra Jackson Harper.
She was a loving wife and mother. She was raised in Kaufman, Texas. She met her husband, Tracy Lackey, in 2008, and moved to Kerrville. Then they were married on June 1, 2013.
She was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents.
She is survived by husband, Tracy Lackey; son, Matthew Harper; daughter, Victoria Harper; aunt, Virgie Wilson; and cousin, Genia Baker.
Private services will be held at a later date to be announced.
