Lupe Aguero, 53, of Kerrville, passed away Wednesday, July 3, 2024, in Kerrville. He was born June 12, 1971, in Kerrville to E.G. Lupe Aguero and Delia Aguero. He married Christi Parks Aguero on March 26, 2005, in Kerrville.
He graduated from Tivy High School. He worked in automotive painting. He enjoyed fishing with his sons, Jacob and Abram, loved barbecuing and the Dallas Cowboys and watching the Baseball World Series.
He was preceded in death by his father, E.G. Lupe Aguero; grandmother, Cirilda Aguero; nephew, Edward Sandefur; uncles, Manuel and Pilar Aleman; and sister-in-law, Marcie Hernandez.
Survivors include wife, Christi Aguero; sons, Jacob and Abram Aguero; mother, Delia Aguero; step-father, Lorenzo Hernandez; father and mother-in-law, Roy and Glenda Parks; sisters, Rebecca Aguero Afshari, Herlinda (Bruce) Sandefur, Amelia (Manuel) Pina, Viviana (Martin) Aguero; brothers, Alex (Elma) Aguero, Richard (Melissa) Aguero, Julian Hernandez; sister-in-law, Nelda Parks; brother-in-law, Roy Parks Jr.; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be from 9 AM-10 AM and funeral services will follow at 10 AM, Saturday, July 6, 2024, at Grimes Funeral Chapels, officiated by Deacon Sonny Kaufhold. Burial will follow at Guadalupe Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Alex Aguero, Richard Aguero, Julian Hernandez, Alfonso Moreno, Joseph Sewell, Jose Quinones, Martin Pena and Manuel Pina Jr. Honorary pallbearers will be Andrew Aguero and Noel Jimenez.
