"It was an honor to visit with Joe this past five months at River Hills Health and Rehabilitation. He was one of the most genuine and caring people I've met. He was a military brother, a Christian brother, and a friend. For irreplaceable people like Joe, there are no goodbyes, only "I'll see you later!" Deepest condolences to his loving family. Salute!"
