Gilbert “Gibby” Vidaurri Jr. of Kerrville, TX, passed away on June 10, 2026, in Kerrville. He was born in San Antonio, TX to Gilbert L. Vidaurri Sr. and Frances C. Vidaurri on March 1, 1951.

He was a veteran of the Vietnam War and served in the Army. He was awarded a Purple Heart, Silver Star and Bronze Star.

Gibby was preceded in death by his parents, Gilbert Vidaurri Sr. and Frances C. Vidaurri.

Survivors include sisters, Linda Jenkins (Kerrville), Dorene Canales (Pipe Creek); brother, Gerald “Jerry” Vidaurri (San Antonio); and nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held 9:45 AM, Monday, July 13, 2026, at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery in San Antonio.
